Standard Return:

Full 30-day no-question returns with the buyer paying to ship the item back.

Please note that if you want to return an item, a restocking fee may apply unless the item is brand new & unused. If the item is used, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

DOA Protection: (Dead on arrival)

If the item arrived damaged to you, please get in touch with us right away. 
You are fully protected from DOA. 
DO NOT USE IT! Contact us right away!

DOA Returns: 

You will not pay a penny. You are fully protected. 

Cancellation Policy: Time is of the Essence

We believe in providing our customers with flexibility and convenience. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window from the time of order processing to do so. During this timeframe, please get in touch with our customer support team to request cancellation. Please note that cancellations are no longer possible once the shipping/booking process has been completed.
