Terms and Conditions for Trade-Army Orders
1. Product Quality, DOA Protection, and Customer Responsibility:
- 1.1 Your item is brand new.
- 1.2 All mowers undergo comprehensive quality checks by the factory before being shipped.
- 1.3 Customers are fully protected from DOA (Dead On Arrival) issues. In the event of receiving a non-functional product upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Updates to Terms and Conditions:
- 2.1 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the most current version of the Agreement.
3. Shipping Policy and Cancellation:
- 3.1 Shipping is currently available only within the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us.
- 3.2 Order processing begins within 24 hours of receiving your order. You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order before the shipping/booking process is completed. Once the shipment/booking process is completed, cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Refund Policy and Damaged Items:
- 4.1 Standard Return: We offer a full 30-day no-question return policy. If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- 4.2 Damaged Item: If the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
5. Cancellation Policy and Customer Cooperation:
- 5.1 If you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window from the time of order processing to do so. Please contact our customer support team to request cancellation. However, please note that once the shipping/booking process has been completed, cancellations are no longer possible. You may be asked to provide additional information before the factory will ship your order to you. Such as a signed copy of our terms and conditions and return policy attachment form which will be emailed to you. Failure to sign the form in the given timeframe will result in the order cancellation and refund of your payment.
6. Intellectual Property:
- 6.1 The content on the Trade-Army Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws.
7. Customer Responsibility and Cooperation:

7.1 Pre-usage Inspection: Your commitment to inspecting, documenting, and reporting the condition of the mower through photos and videos before usage is crucial for ensuring a smooth process. If you find any issues, do not use the mower until we address them to prevent any damage to the equipment.

7.2 By acknowledging the return policy, you acknowledge the importance of demonstrating any factory defects, if visible, and reporting them to us before utilizing the mower. This proactive approach aligns with our commitment to delivering items as described and free of damage.

7.3 As per our agreement, any claims related to the use of the mower after the pre-usage inspection must be directed to the manufacturer. Your understanding and acceptance of this protocol contribute to maintaining a streamlined and efficient resolution process.

7.4 Additionally, your commitment to making any shipping-related claims before using the mower is duly noted. This step ensures that we can address any issues promptly and effectively, protecting your interests throughout the shipping & delivery process.
- 7.5 You must submit documentation including images to us before any usage of the mower to submit a shipping-related claim.
By using the Trade-Army Site, customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a disagreement with any part of the Agreement, customers are advised to refrain from using Trade-Army Site. Continued use of the Trade-Army Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
